B. S. /B. A. Degree level, although relevant experience and strong track record is more important.
Experience in the lifecycle of incidents and related metrics.
Proficient knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Strong understanding of Technology Infrastructure environment and Products
Understanding of the various telecom offerings (extranet, point to point, cross connect etc. )
Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Office and the use of queries.
Experience visualizing, creating, and maintaining useful metrics that assist with operational oversight and identify areas of improvement.
Have good communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to articulate to stakeholders
Understand the importance of prioritization of work.
Preferred 3+ years experience in managing projects, with proven ability to influence others without direct authority (nice to have)
ITIL Certification is a plus. (nice to have)
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence. (nice to have)
Portuguese knowledge is a plus. (nice to have)
Project Management certifications are a plus (nice to have)

Actividades a realizar:
Manage SLA breaches by analyzing service downtimes versus contractual clauses and claiming credits in return.
Conduct regular meetings to review the service KPIs.
Review and conciliate the network inventory.
Support the operational areas in case of escalations during the Incident Management process.
Identification of chronic problems and lead the root cause analysis with the carrier and operational teams.
Manage service improvement plans to improve stability.
