DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requisitos:
B. S. /B. A. Degree level, although relevant experience and strong track record is more important.
Proficient knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Strong understanding of Technology Infrastructure environment and Products
Understanding of the various telecom offerings (extranet, point to point, cross connect etc. )
Minimum 3 years? experience working in a large IT environment in support of business and financial processes
Experience working with Microsoft Office products or similar.
Experience communicating effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse teams.
Experience visualizing, creating, and maintaining useful metrics that assist with operational oversight and identify areas of improvement.
Have good communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to articulate to stakeholders.
Understand the importance of prioritization of work.
Preferred 3+ years? experience in managing projects, with proven ability to influence others without direct authority (nice to have)
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence (nice
to have)
Portuguese knowledge is a plus. (nice to have)
Project Management certifications are a plus (nice to have)
English C1

Actividades a realizar:
Request and provide circuit quotation to guarantee the financial information with business.
Process and manage the circuit orders (MACD ? modification, additions, changes, and disconnections)
Responsible for the Service Delivery process, working as the liaison between suppliers and teams.
Ensure inventory is accurate following any changes and billing reflects what is requested by the Business.
Identify cost saving and efficiencies during the implementation process.
