Sr Configuration Specialist | Bachiller o Técnico - Cartago

Requisitos:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a two - Year college or technical school in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.
- 4+ years of previous experience in configuration management, with a focus on supply chain systems, CRMs, ERPs, and other SaaS applications
- Intermediate- Advanced English level
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and JIRA is preferred.
- Understanding of end- To- End supply chain networks is preferred
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem- Solving, presentation, & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast- Aced and deadline- Oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management
- Self- Motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

Actividades a realizar:
- Partner with the business analyst or application consultant and/or client and analyze the proposed configuration of the software platform.
- Understand end- To- End supply chain networks and ensure that they are fully supported by the technology platforms.
- Convert concepts into a custom- Configured solution, taking into account end- Roduct design and functionality.
- Configure products to properly facilitate new system implementations per company standards and procedures.
- Interact with both product and process application owners to obtain information needed to maintain accurate product database files.
- Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.
- Support business analytics and reporting (BI) operations by creating reporting templates and visualizations to report back solutions to the business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross- Functional teams to ensure that our IT systems are meeting business needs and requirements related to supply chain operations.
- Work closely with cross- Functional teams to support the digital transformation of the supply chain network.
- Provide first level help- Desk support to clients for system problems.
- Additional duties as assigned.
