Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related major.

At least 4 years of experience in SSC.

English advanced (oral and written) .

Actividades a realizar:
Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs.

Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts.

Keep track of recruiting metrics.

Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

Recommend ways to improve our employer
brand.

Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Participate in job fairs and career events.

Supervise the recruitment staff performance.

Oversee and control budget

Maintain and developing a solid application data base and classifying the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
