Proyect Manager - Escazú

Requisitos:
Four (4) to seven (7) years of facilities management and/or Office architectural and engineering design experience in Latin America and/or the Caribbean

Fluent in Spanish and English

Degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent

Actividades a realizar:
Calculates periodic and specific operational, administrative, maintenance, and capital improvement cost estimates and prepares budget requests for budget exercise

Reviews O&M budgets quarterly to ensure that proper costs are posted on country capital and administrative accounts.

Coordinates initiatives for improving building operation, efficiency, and sustainability. Prepares the terms of reference associated with Facilities Management contracts and oversees and follows up on contract execution.

Administers the information provided during the operations, maintenance, and repairs for Country Offices, addresses service quality issues, and administers drawing and technical specifications maintaining updated files and as-built plans of the facilities. Prepares and maintains quarterly O&M budget execution and status reports and presentations for the department

Coordinates the implementation of a wide range of facility repair and improvement projects for building systems and equipment from the development of project specifications and drawings all the way to the management of contracts, compliance with contracts, local and international codes, schedules, and budgetary controls.
