Requirements:
Must have 2- 5 Years of experience in IT Recruitment
Proficient in end to end recruitment, marketing techniques and headhunting
Should be able to screen communication skills, personality
Good understanding and knowledge of the recruitment process for Full time, W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, Contract etc.
Self- Motivated professional who achieves results and has superior ability to coordinate and perform several.
Full life cycle recruitment in IT solution staffing and recruiting experience with the flexibility and ability to multi- Task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong Experience in hiring candidates from Job Portals, University Networks, Social Networking Sites and other sources like LinkedIn Recruiter , Monster, Dice, Career Builder, JobDiva etc.
Understanding of end- To- End recruitment process and familiarity of key technologies.
Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for candidates utilizing skills in social networking, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals
Maintain an active database of resources in our portal
