Human Resources Operations Manager - San Pedro

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
MBA is preferred.
10+ years of experience in HR Services in Shared Service Centers.
Vast experience in US payroll administration is a must and experience in other HR operations areas is a differentiator.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Excellent understanding and experience of working with world class HR systems, preferably with Workday and Service Now.
Experience in project management, change management and transitions is desirable.
Desirable knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Key soft skills: Continuous improvement orientation, adaptability, customer service, among others.
Actividades a realizar:
Ensure the delivery of HR transactional services for the Americas organization.
Manage processes such as Payroll, HR transaction data, database records, and ensuring compliance for the wide range of in scope activities.
Responsible for performance of the HR Operations team in order to ensure the HR services delivery, operational efficiency and client focused culture.
Influence and engage with HRBPs and customers for implementing new processes, services or practices and managing change through service transitions.
Drive process standardization and improvement to ensure technology is optimized to support customer requirements.
Keep control, tracking and reporting of HR service delivery in accomplishment company KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure SOX and regulatory compliance in the HR services delivery, especially payroll.
