DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requisitos:
Client of PwC Costa Rica, fast- Growing and recognized multinational company, requires:
Human Resources Manager
Bachelor-s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related areas.
MBA / advanced degree in PHR / SPHR preferred.
10+ years of experience of which 3+ must be managing the HR function at multiple or a single work location (preferably in Shared Service Centers).
Strong knowledge of recruitment, training and development, rewards and recognition, data, performance, compensation management, employment and country law , regulations and practices. Besides, experience developing HR policies/programs/procedures in co- Ordination with country laws and regulations.
Advanced English proficiency required.
Desirable experience with Workday.
Desirable PHR Certification and experience in training course development.

Actividades a realizar:
Delivery of manpower requirements at the site, including global mobility (expatriate) and all immigration issues (visa and residency applications). Monitor, modify and improve the staffing strategy, job evaluation, competitive compensation analysis, talentbank and succession planning.
Co- Ordinates the performance management process for the site. Encourages a performance based culture through performance based reward schemes. Advises on complex individual performance issues.
Co- Ordinates rewards and recognition at the site: Career ladders, compensation surveys and analysis, Employee Recognition Awards, salary administration and variable pay.
Leads and coordinates all Training and Development for site associates
Ensures data integrity: Owns and monitors overall data integrity for the site. Reports HR metrics for site and business units.
Demonstrated broad understanding of employment and country law , regulations and practices.
Support business leadership in Organizational and Change Management, and assist in development of and responsible for consistent delivery of HR policies/programs/procedures in co- Ordination with country laws and regulations.
Special Projects as assigned
