- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
- At least 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of payroll related experience desirable.
- General HR functions knowledge.
- Knowledge and practical experience of Costa Rica labor legislation.
- Experience with WorkDay is a plus
- Experience with time and attendance tools
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
Actividades a realizar:
- Administer employee files in compliance with the company policies and Costa Rican legislation
- Maintain HR data systems information in a timely manner
- Prepare various HR reports and analysis
- Manage the daily maintenance of the employee benefit plans, leaves of absence and permits
- Support Payroll and HR audits including monthly and year end as needed.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Advise employees on questions related to benefits, HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee orientation and documentation
- Support the HR team in different company events and initiatives
- Support recruiting and staffing logistics, conduct applicant pre screen calls and coordinate the hiring process.
- Ensure employer/employee compliance to regulatory issues and reporting
- Notify employee terminations to benefits provider, Security and PC teams as needed.
- Participate in creating, implementation and development of different HR processes and good practices.
