DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or related areas
- 1 - 2 Years of experience within an HR administration. HR shared services or Shared services organization
- Solid customer service skills
- Preferable experience in Workday and/or Kronos time management
- Preferable experience in Service Now or any other case management system.
- Attention to details is critical for the position.
- Ability to thrive in a fast- Aced environment where prioritizing is necessary.
- Advanced German language mastery (90% oral and written) is a plus.
- Advanced English language mastery (90% oral and written).
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point.
- Strong administration skills, time management and dealing with ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer- Facing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The flexibility and willingness to learn.
Actividades a realizar:
- Provide consultation to stakeholders such as recruiters, new starters, current employees, managers and the HR community about the Employee Life Cycle processes.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to the Global HR procedures and processes or local regulations.
- Document and transfers knowledge of recurrent cases to help increase case resolution via self- Ervice on Tier 0
or 1 level. Maintain Standard Operation procedures (SOPs) of all Administrative Employee Lifecycle processes up to date.
- Provides input and ideas to improve transactional, respectively process efficiencies. Assumes ownership for performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Interacts and works closely with other HR Shared Services members and other HR teams on issues that relate to but also may require involvement of teams beyond the HR Shared Services team.
- Manage work via Workday and Lonzas ticket management tool.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Ofrecemos:
Salario: 804. 000 colones mensuales
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 7am a 4pm. Miércoles y Jueves desde la oficina hasta Febrero 2023. A partir de Marzo 2023 hay probabilidad que sea un día más desde la oficina
