Requisitos:
- CA/CPA (or Costa Rica equivalent) with 3-5 years post qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of taxes, preferable experience in Tax Reform law 9635 (Tourism companies in Costa Rica)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, lookups, pivots, formulas.
- ERP experience MSD365
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.
- Fluency in English, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in tour operators, tour agencies or tourism companies- multi-country is advantageous
- Big 4 firm experience or knowledge in tax in México and other countries in Central America high desirable.
You-ll have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, be able to meet deadlines while remaining organized, and possess excellent communication and management skills, all whilst sharing Intrepid-s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
Actividades a realizar:
- Company tax planning / Statutory Compliance
- Establish and maintain accounting systems that meet the DMC business needs and align with the global business
- The support and development of all staff in the Finance Department, including the coordination of workload and necessary recruitment.
- Maintain accurate records of accounting transactions
- Assist Finance Manager with specific tasks or projects as required
