- English Level B2+ minimum

- Some experience in Customer Support even if IT is not in a Call Centre

- High School Degree (Bachillerato)

- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- The ability to multi-taks, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Track record of over-achieve quotas and goals

- High school diploma

- Share an intense passion for creating exceptional experiences

- Experience de escalating customers

- Effective keyboarding skills and computer knowledge demonstrated by a 25-wpm typing test with minimal errors

- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills for both English and Spanish

- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills

- 18 years or older

- The ability to pass a background and non-THC drug test.
Actividades a realizar:
- Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks (100% attendance)

- Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource's standards of quality (100% QA): Accuracy: Always give only correct information and follow established processes. Connection: Emotionally connect the customer or provider with our client's brand. Provide a one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer's time and effort to resolve their issue

- Work closely with customers via inbound
calls to provide solutions to routine inquiries about accounts, services, and/or products

- Handle incoming calls, chats, text messages and emails effectively, efficiently, and within the standards of quality

- Identify and assess the customers needs to achieve satisfaction, then meet those needs

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools as well as leaving proper documentation for each interaction

- Follow documented communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers and build rapport with the brand
