Client Operations Coordinator | No Experience Needed. Extensive Training Will Be Provided - San Jose

Requirements:
Reliable, focused, positive and loyal character. Experience is not required as extensive training will be provided.
Outstanding organizational skills and good computer abilities are required.
Excellent Fluency in Spanish and Good command of English language are a must (written and spoken)
The applicant will engage clients and prospective clients via telephone and email, as directed or as necessary. Because this position is at the forefront of our Law Firm, a positive, vibrant and engaging attitude during any and all copmmunications is required at all times.
The successful applicant will have to maintain accurate notes/record of all communications and becolme fully familiar with the Firm's client database and cases.
Update records in our cloud- Ased system as requred.
Interact with other staff members
A CONSTANTLY RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION IS A MUST
Responsibilities:
Communications with Clients or Potential Clients
Data entry
Communication with other team members for completion various tasks
Fill out various forms and upload on the Firm's could- Ased operational system
In time, the successful applicant will grow into an operations management position
Other administrative duties
