Teletech Is Looking For Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives In
San José, Costa Rica!
TeleTech is one of the largest business process outsourcing (BPO) companies worldwide, and its core business is helping the largest international companies improve business results by providing specialized customer service management.
In this position, you'll be representing and fielding questions from customers of Fortune 500 brands. You'll be assigned to an account and have full training on the product or service which you'll be assisting customers with on a daily basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you get to hear the satisfaction from your customer after you've been able to help them get the most out of their products or services.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bilingual: English/Spanish -- Advanced level (+85%) or Native speaker
• At least 6 months of superior customer service experience
• Exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Intermediate competency using Microsoft Windows
• Original proof of Permanent Identity Card with 2 copies
• Original proof of High School Diploma with 1 copy
• Original Criminal Record Check
• Two letters of recommendation from former employment
o Personal (non-relatives) letters; only if it's your first job
