Analista Financiero y de Presupuesto Bilingüe - Escazú

Requisitos:
Education: Master-s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or other relevant fields. Training and certification in agile methodologies and/or project management are highly desired.

- Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in budgeting, results-based management, and corporate management.

- Technologies: Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, diagramming software such as Visio, and SharePoint. Relevant experience with data and business analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI, service management systems such as ServiceNow, and enterprise systems such as SAP. Knowledge of relevant IDB Group policies, procedures, systems, databases, and management processes will be an advantage.

- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish B2.
Actividades a realizar:
- Perform budget and accounting activities related to capital and administrative budgets.

- Support the PMA Group in planning, monitoring, and reporting on budget execution.

- Monitor the work of providers to ensure effective execution of services, budget, and compliance with the work program and associated performance indicators.

- Contribute to the business and data analytics initiatives of the PMA Group that support decision-making by designing performance metrics, dashboards, and result-based indicators; enhancing and measuring project execution and the delivery of services; and continuously adopting the latest technologies and tools.

- Analyze existing internal processes to ensure the implementation of best practices and make proactive recommendations to generate insights into process improvements.
