3 to 5 years experience in medical device, automotive, or enterprise B2B sales with contract developed or manufactured products preferred
Highly experienced level of customer service and account- Facing work, typically involving interaction with customers, including follow up on issues, quotes, etc.
Bachelor-s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
ERP systems, working knowledge of CRM
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required
Bilingual English and Spanish
Willing to international traveling
American Visa and passport
Problem solving, with limited guidance
Constant attention to details.

Actividades a realizar:
Customer Experience Champion & Sales Support
- Work the internal matrix with Strategic Accounts, Operations and Customer Support to guide fulfillment activity on behalf of Customers. Ensure product development projects meet or exceed customer timing expectations. Accountable for developing the interface between technical customer requirements and optimization requests in production.
- Direct and coordinate quoting and proposals
